We are born and raised in a world that tells us to focus outside ourselves for everything. We learn from an early age to define and value everything about ourselves using an external measuring stick. What should we wear, eat, study, work at and spend our time on? What should we value? What should we ignore? What does this celebrity think? What do my friends and family want? This is the way of an empty spiritual bank account.

The spiritual path we walk demands only one thing: to put our relationship with our inner being, our Higher Mind and Soul, above all others. Only when we value ourselves do we find peace, security, happiness and love. There are no answers for us “out there,” We must go within to find what we seek.
