Gua 27: Nourishment

This is about taking care of yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Be discerning and discriminating about what you take in to sustain yourself. A diet of junk food, social media and negative people all cause harm to your physical and spiritual being.

Use balance and moderation in tending to your needs. Be kind to yourself, and create a practice of gratitude if you don’t have one already. Self kindness and self nurturing raises the energy both within you and around you.
