I Ching Wisdom May 30

You are in the middle of conflict, whether with another person or a larger group. Now you need to find a solution; the opportunity to avoid this conflict has passed. Be clear on what you want to achieve, and only do that which advances your cause. Do not become aggressive, as this will make matters worse. Calmly state your position and then listen to the other side as they present their position. There is room for both sides to feel like they have won something. This is not the time to engage in winner-take-all. Such all or nothing thinking will escalate the situation. Do not begin anything else until this part of your life is resolved. Something positive can come out this situation with a flexible approach. Be careful of putting your ego into the middle of things, and do not give the other side cause to feel insulted or belittled.
