Today’s gua is about bringing people together around a common cause or shared goal. The purpose of gathering is to work as a group to accomplish something for the whole group to benefit from. This can be a political party, a corporation, a non-profit organization or a spiritual group. This situation benefits from a strong leader who is the foundation and guiding force through their words and action. It is important to remember in this situation that the leader really is the center of things, and if the leader is morally weak or is declining in health the entire organization will lose it’s way. This is an organization built around one leader, often a charismatic one. If you are part of such of a group, you are caught up the energy of the group and its leader.
