Guan: Watching
This symbol is about watching, observing, examining or contemplation. It follows the symbol of looking down from above; this is about looking up from below. They are both about keeping watch, but from different perspectives. The purpose of watching is to keep still, and be in the present moment in silence and stillness. It is keeping alert in the moment.
