You are free to make whatever choice you want, but you are not free from the consequences of the choice.

The truth is that when we decide to make our spiritual life a priority, we have a choice. We can choose our higher mind and soul, or we can choose our ego. If we choose our higher mind, there is no other choice we have to make. Our higher mind already has planned and in motion everything that we need for our lives. We may not see it yet, and that’s because it’s out there on the spiritual or energetic plane, waiting to become physically manifest when the time is right. Just because we can’t see it, doesn’t mean it isn’t there. It is a choice to have faith that our higher mind has all our needs taken care of. It is a choice to trust our higher mind, not just in some aspects of our life, but in every aspect.

Turning away from higher mind to ego and conscious mind is also a choice. This is the choice of fear and doubt. The conscious mind and ego want physical proof, and if there isn’t any physical proof, then dismiss the idea. The low level energy of the human conscious mind and ego does not understand the spiritual work needed to create a connection to our higher being, and thus open the flow into our lives. The conscious mind and ego doesn’t understand this, and doesn’t want to. The conscious mind and ego have no interest in being a spiritual being.

So if we make the choice to listen to our conscious mind, we will always have lack on every level in our lives. Our health suffers, our relationships are unsatisfying. Our finances don’t flow, and our career is unfulfilling.

Or we can choose our higher mind and soul. We can trust that our higher self has everything worked out for our best outcome, even if we can’t see physical proof. We can choose to trust our higher mind, and put our life into their divine hands, and leave it there.

All this is our choice.
