Walking the Spiritual Path Day 84

Willpower and desire when properly combined make an irresistible pair.  Napoleon Hill

Strength does not come from physical capacity.  It comes from an indomitable will.  Mahatma Gandhi

Willpower is a key force in successfully walking the spiritual path.  Will is the absolute insistence that one will get to where they are going, regardless of the obstacles they encounter along the way.  Willpower is where the energy comes from to get up and try again.   Willpower keeps both feet on the path, when the mind is whining and making excuses.   Willpower is the internal voice that says “Keep going, you’ve got this; maybe not today, but you will get there.”  Breaking away from old patterns and habits requires the desire to change, consistent effort, and the will to keep trying until you get it.

Affirmation:  Nothing stands before me when my higher mind and soul are manifested within me.
