I have had the gift of awareness.  Awareness has dawned that so many of my old patterns were based on someone else’s way of living life.  These patterns are not mine.  Coming to this realization required traveling a long road of clearing out, releasing, and destroying.  For the longest time, I could not see with this clarity.  Awareness eluded me.  Now enough has been scrapped off that I can see the truth.

Now that I have this awareness, my task is simple:  to keep moving forward, free of these patterns, habits, and beliefs.  The critical lesson is not to go back and pick them back up again.  They are not mine.  I must leave them sitting in the garbage can where they belong.  This makes room for everything else I desire to come into my life.

Affirmation:  I turn to my higher mind in everything my life, and embrace the unlimited possibilities that belong to my soul.
