Walking the Spiritual Path Day 50

I am a vessel.  Dag Hammarskjold

The time has come to embrace the simple truth:  I am a soul with a body, not a body with a soul.  My higher mind’s wisdom, abilities and awareness is limitless.  The only limitations in my life are those that belong to the body, and the conscious mind ego that continues to belief it has anything positive to offer.  It is only my higher mind and soul that matters; this physical form is a vessel.  My only job is to be the clearest vessel possible.  This means getting rid of every idea, belief, pattern, habit and thought that belongs to my human self.  It means being guided in every moment of every day only by my higher mind and soul.  Alternating between soul and body for guidance and direction is the path of failure.  There is nothing the body can bring to the party except messing up every good plan and right action that the higher mind has prepared.

I have heard this idea many times before.  Now it is finally sinking in.

Affirmation:  Today I commit to being a clear vessel for the energy and wisdom of my higher mind and soul.
