I am facing the fact that I need to work on my focus.  Focus is how I bring my full commitment to my higher mind and soul.   I have the desire to manifest my soul completely into this reality.  Yet lack of focus means I get distracted easily from focusing on my soul.  This distraction is not benign:  it is very harmful.  Simply stated, anything that takes my attention away from my higher mind and soul does so to cause me harm.  Focus creates clarity.  It separates what is important — that which belongs to my higher mind and soul — from what is unimportant.

Affirmation:  I now keep my focus only on my higher mind and soul as I go through my day.
