I am coming face-to-face with my commitment level to my higher mind and soul; this is not about my desire, which is strong, but rather about my actions and choices in every moment on every topic.  I have written before about the mental and emotional housecleaning that has occurred.  What is still a stumbling block is the need to make the clear consistent choice to turn only to my higher mind and soul in everything in my life.  There is a lot of pattern and habit left behind that lulls me into autopilot without even knowing I have done this.

Choice and commitment means that I make the deliberate decision to turn to my soul every day, in every thing, on every decision, every action and every word I speak and every thought I think.

Affirmation:  Today I choose my higher mind and soul, over and over, in every moment and in everything.
